This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You provide guidance to farmers on sustainable fertilization and animal nutrition solutions — covering everything from needs assessment to proper application and performance evaluation.
• You take complete ownership of your territory — managing existing clients while also pursuing new accounts.
• You actively promote our innovative products in the field.
• You collaborate closely with agricultural retailers and distribution partners.
• You represent the company at regional industry events and trade shows, engaging in networking opportunities on-site.
• Ideally, you possess experience or vocational training in agriculture, animal husbandry, agricultural technology, feed, barn equipment, or similar fields.
• We are also welcoming motivated individuals without an agricultural background — for example, those with experience in sales, skilled trades, or related industries.
• You have the ability to communicate effectively with farmers and enjoy utilizing your knowledge in practical advisory and sales scenarios.
• You appreciate working outdoors with clients and take a goal-oriented, independent approach to your work.
• Ideally, you already have connections within farms, cooperatives, or agricultural retailers.
• You hold a valid driving license (Class B) and are willing to travel to visit customers up to 5 days a week.
• A comprehensive onboarding process and targeted training opportunities are available to you.
• A secure compensation package: a fixed base salary plus guaranteed commission for a duration of 2 years.
• You will enjoy 30 days of vacation along with additional special leave after completing the probationary period.
• Expect modern technical equipment and a company car, which is also available for personal use.
