This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Drive sales by enhancing engagement with current accounts, while also identifying and cultivating new business opportunities.
• Accountable for achieving or surpassing sales and profit margin targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service to foster relationships and guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Develop and execute pricing strategies across all accounts.
• Collaborate with manufacturers' representatives to promote and sell featured products.
• Participate in sales meetings and maintain regular communication with the Sales Manager.
• Effectively manage account receivables.
• Engage in constructive communication and collaboration with all departments.
• Employ relevant VIP sales techniques and methodologies.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• A Bachelor's degree in Professional Selling, Marketing, or Business is preferred.
• Proven sales experience within the agricultural sector is essential.
• Exceptional customer service abilities and capacity to collaborate within a diverse team of employees, managers, and external partners.
• Capability to work autonomously with minimal oversight.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic mathematical skills is required.
• Must present a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Competence in utilizing Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Willingness to travel 50% or more of the time.
