This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Assist in ensuring backlog readiness, planning for sprint capacity, and maintaining visibility of dependencies.
• Mentor teams on agile methodologies, continuous enhancement, and collaborative cross-functional work.
• Oversee specific internal initiatives utilizing a waterfall project methodology when necessary.
• Establish project scope, timelines, milestones, risks, assumptions, and resource requirements.
• Monitor progress across agile delivery and structured projects.
• Provide stakeholders with insights into status updates, blockers, and trade-offs.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, action logs, milestone plans, and reporting artifacts.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to synchronize priorities and address issues.
• Define and monitor KPIs related to sprint predictability, milestone achievement, throughput, cycle time, and follow-through on improvement actions.
• Leverage metrics to identify risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities for enhancement.
• Assist in performance assessments through objective delivery reporting.
• Advocate for metrics that promote continuous improvement and enhance planning quality.
• In-depth understanding of Scrum principles, agile delivery methodologies, and iterative planning.
• Strong project management capabilities, encompassing scope management, timeline organization, risk tracking, and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to function efficiently in both agile and traditional project delivery frameworks.
• Experience in defining and evaluating KPIs, delivery metrics, and indicators of team health.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and follow-through.
• Outstanding communication and facilitation abilities across both technical and non-technical teams.
• Proficient in using Jira, Confluence, and standard project reporting tools.
• Capacity to manage competing priorities in dynamic environments.
• Proven experience as an Agile Project Manager, Scrum Master, Technical Project Manager, or a similar role.
• Experience in supporting engineering, platform, data, or technology teams within a Scrum framework.
• Background in managing internal initiatives that necessitate structured planning, milestone tracking, and deadline management.
• Ability to balance team facilitation with project coordination responsibilities.
• Experience in utilizing metrics to enhance delivery predictability, process efficiency, and accountability.
• Familiarity with working alongside engineering, product, operations, and leadership stakeholders.
• Must reside in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, or New York.
• Must possess valid US work authorization that does not currently or in the future require visa sponsorship.
