This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Facilitate and enhance the adoption of agile practices, ensuring high-performing teams that deliver continuous value.

• Lead and support agile teams in the delivery of technological products/projects.

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and agile events.

• Remove obstacles and manage dependencies.

• Support the Product Owner in managing the backlog.

• Promote transparency through agile metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in agile teams.

• In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies and agile scaling.

• Strong leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams.

• Excellent communication and facilitation abilities.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment.

• Desirable: SCRUM certification.

• Previous experience working with clients in the financial sector.

• Familiarity with agile tools such as Azure DevOps.
