Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives while managing backlog prioritization.

• Maintain JIRA and other information radiators for the teams.

• Mentor and coach team members on essential Agile values, principles, practices, and processes.

• Empower the team to become self-organizing and self-managing in order to achieve their goals.

• Develop release plans and ensure that product backlogs are prioritized and clearly visible.

• Identify, address, and communicate project risks, dependencies, and team impediments.

• Foster a trusting and safe environment conducive to problem-solving.

• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and maintain dashboards to assess team performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in an Agile development environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business, computer science, engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Agile Certified Scrum Master (PMI-ACP), or a comparable Agile project management certification.

• Proficiency in Agile project management tools such as ServiceNow Agile, Jira, and Confluence.

• Capability to manage multiple projects and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in software development or within a software development organization.

• Familiarity with Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery pipelines and DevOps principles.

• Fluency in English.
