Senior Consultant, Dynamics 365 Field Service – Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as the bridge between IT departments and business units, ensuring that requirements and solutions are aligned;

• Engage in the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service solutions;

• Assist in the definition and analysis of functional requirements, guaranteeing their conversion into effective technical solutions;

• Lead Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) in the capacity of Scrum Master;

• Ensure the correct application of Agile Scrum methodologies and encourage the team's continuous improvement;

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication;

• Track delivery progress and ensure that established objectives are met;

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in similar IT projects;

• Demonstrated expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service;

• Experience serving as a Scrum Master, with a focus on Agile Scrum practices;

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in international settings;

• Exceptional organizational abilities and capacity to prioritize tasks;

• Proficient in English;
