• A professional from the CONTRACTED COMPANY who serves as a servant leader, responsible for assisting the Team in organizing to achieve improved results by eliminating obstacles and ensuring adherence to agile principles and practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed higher education degree (bachelor's and/or postgraduate — lato sensu and/or stricto sensu) in Information Technology.

• Professional experience in the technical IT field along with experience as a Scrum Master.

• Possession of one of the certifications listed in the Required Certifications; only one certification is necessary for the Scrum Master role:

• a) Scrum Alliance: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO);

• b) Scrum.org: Professional Scrum Master (PSM) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO);

• c) EXIN: Agile Scrum Foundation, Agile Scrum Master or Agile Scrum Product Owner;

• d) PMI: Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
