Agile Programme Manager, EdTech, LMS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Lead software teams in the successful creation and launch of a new EdTech platform for our client.

• Ensure complete oversight of program affordability, budgeting, and overall profitability.

• Facilitate communication and alignment with senior client executives and government officials, adeptly managing pushback and addressing skepticism.

• Utilize agile tools to monitor progress and present clear, data-driven KPIs directly to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT).

• Resolve delivery obstacles and manage dependencies across teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• EdTech Industry Experience: Demonstrated success in delivering digital learning platforms or LMS solutions. (This is non-negotiable).

• Government & Senior Stakeholder Management: Proven experience collaborating with public sector organizations or government departments, possessing the authority to challenge ideas and provide pushback when necessary.

• Financial & Analytical Rigour: Significant experience in managing project budgets, ensuring program affordability, tracking KPIs, and reporting directly to executive teams.

• Greenfield Project Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams through complex, large-scale software projects from inception using standard agile methodologies.

• Agile Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of iterative development with experience in a scaled Agile or Spotify framework.

• Blocker Resolution: A proactive approach to problem-solving with a history of driving delivery progress despite organizational or technical challenges.
