This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and effectively communicate a comprehensive product vision and roadmap that aligns with business objectives, customer requirements, portfolio priorities, and delivery capabilities.
• Transform strategic initiatives into tangible product outcomes by developing epics and defining specific features.
• Collaborate with business leaders, portfolio managers, product owners, architects, release train engineers, and delivery leads to ensure alignment of priorities and manage dependencies.
• Lead discovery efforts utilizing customer feedback, data analysis, design thinking, and business insights.
• Inform roadmap decisions by balancing customer value, business impact, technical feasibility, risk, and team capacity.
• Assist in PI planning and prioritize the backlog effectively.
• Establish product metrics, monitor progress, and showcase both business and customer outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with Customer Experience, Data, and UX/UI design teams throughout the entire product delivery cycle.
• Transition epics and features from concept to completion while overseeing delivery progress, trade-offs, risks, and decision-making.
• Foster an agile culture that emphasizes feedback, collaborative problem-solving, and ongoing improvement.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or a similar product ownership position.
• Proven experience working with agile teams to plan, prioritize, and deliver product or technology solutions.
• Capability to translate business needs into product direction, roadmap priorities, features, acceptance criteria, and measurable results.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in explaining complex subjects in a clear and practical manner.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate trusted relationships across business, technology, portfolio, and delivery teams.
• Strong judgment, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
• Competence in managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to collaborate with international stakeholders across different regions and time zones.
• Possess business acumen, customer-centric mindset, stakeholder management skills, an agile approach, and a strong focus on delivery.
• A bachelor's degree in business, technology, healthcare, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in health benefits, insurance, global health, or international business operations is preferred.
• Familiarity with Jira or a similar agile work management tool is preferred.
• SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification or a willingness to obtain certification post-hire is preferred.
• Experience employing design thinking, customer experience methodologies, data insights, or analytics to enhance product decisions is preferred.
• Comfort in collaborating with business and technical partners to assess options, clarify trade-offs, and assist in practical decision-making is preferred.
• For remote work, a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service with a minimum of 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload speed is required.
