Agile Master – Agile Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist our development teams in enhancing their sprint-based methodologies.

• Mentor product roles and team members in effective agile practices and self-management.

• Lead retrospectives, team workshops, and sessions for cross-functional alignment.

• Create lean, reusable formats and templates.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant professional experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Master, Agile Coach, Team Coach, or in a similar capacity.

• Strong practical experience with agile principles and frameworks, particularly Scrum.

• Proven track record in supporting software development or digital product teams.

• Excellent proficiency in both German and English.
