Agile Delivery Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily coordination for cross-functional AI product squads.

• Mentor product managers, data scientists, engineers, and clinical partners on agile methodologies.

• Identify and address blockers while managing dependencies among product, platform, governance, and clinical teams.

• Maintain oversight of tasks, issues, risks, and action items across squads.

• Organize and coordinate sprint demos and product testing events.

• Collaborate with IT, clinical, and operational teams to engage stakeholders and identify resource gaps.

• Monitor and enhance portfolio delivery health using flow metrics and team feedback.

• Provide portfolio leadership with timely, accurate, and actionable updates on delivery status.

• Assist in the onboarding process for new team members.

• Promote continuous improvement within the AI product function.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an agile delivery, facilitation, or team lead role within a complex enterprise setting.

• Proven ability to adapt across Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery frameworks.

• Agile certification, such as CSM, PSM, or an equivalent qualification.

• Strong skills in facilitation and conflict resolution.

• Capacity to foster psychological safety within teams.

• Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar backlog and delivery management tools.

• Comfort with navigating ambiguity and complexity in large health systems or similarly regulated industries.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is necessary.

• At least 3 years of experience managing people, processes, or projects is required.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is necessary.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, communicate effectively, think critically, and collaborate within teams.
