📋 Description

• Create and execute detailed project plans

• Cultivate a collaborative atmosphere while establishing a unified vision for project success

• Oversee resource allocation and workload distribution in line with delivery expectations and anticipated financial performance

• Assess plans and dependencies, while tracking estimates, timelines, and variances

• Develop strategic modifications to achieve delivery goals

• Secure customer approval on key milestones

• Promote open collaboration between delivery teams, clients, and client partners

• Recognize opportunities for process enhancements, cost-saving strategies, and efficiency improvements

• Identify risks and obstacles, create mitigation strategies, and drive resolution of issues

• Inspire, motivate, and lead delivery teams

• Encourage accountability, ownership, and ongoing improvement

• Unite diverse stakeholders and enable cooperation across organizational lines

• Conduct workshops and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions

• Contribute insights and expertise to project evolution, team dynamics, and client relationships

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience managing complex IT projects, including Fixed Price engagements

• In-depth knowledge and practical experience with Project Management methodologies

• Proficiency in process analysis and enhancement

• Experience in designing and implementing organizational processes and governance structures

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and transformation initiatives

• Background in change management and organizational alignment

• Experience in cross-functional collaboration between business and IT teams

• Capability to capture, organize, and document knowledge methodically

• Skill in establishing processes for knowledge maintenance, governance, and quality assurance

• Ability to analyze and simplify complex information, recognizing patterns and dependencies

• Aptitude for identifying knowledge gaps and improvement opportunities

• Proficiency in connecting information across various topics, teams, and documentation

• Competence in preparing and visualizing information clearly for targeted audiences

• Ability to facilitate workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions

• Ability to use AI tools responsibly, formulate effective prompts, validate outputs, understand limitations, and take ownership of final results

• Fluency in written and spoken English and German

• A solid technical background in IT systems or software development is a plus

• PMI ACP, PSM I/II, ICP-ACC, SAFe, or ICP-ATF certifications are advantageous
