Agile Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Promote Agile Adoption: Partner with Engineering and Product teams to enhance their grasp of Agile principles and practices, building on current implementations.

• Team Empowerment: Collaborate with Team Leads, Product Managers, and development teams to improve Agile maturity and efficiency in daily operations.

• Agile Process Governance: Establish and sustain Agile governance and a knowledge base at the organizational level.

• Identify Gaps & Opportunities: Evaluate existing Agile practices among teams, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and create actionable strategies to tackle them.

• Customized Coaching: Deliver personalized coaching and mentoring tailored to each team’s Agile maturity, challenges, and objectives.

• Change Management: Serve as a change agent to advocate for Agile values and mindset throughout the organization.

• Training & Workshops: Create and facilitate focused Agile training sessions for teams to foster continuous learning and development.

• Metrics & Reporting: Work closely with the Head of Engineering Operations to define Agile metrics for monitoring team progress and enhancing predictability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 5+ years of experience in Agile environments, including at least 2 years in a coaching or leadership capacity.

• Strong comprehension and expertise in Agile frameworks.

• Hold a Professional Scrum Master II (PSM II) certification or equivalent.

• Exceptional facilitation, mentoring, and coaching abilities.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in managing Jira and utilizing other Agile tools (Confluence, Figma, etc.).

• Capability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.

• Passion for the maritime industry or a willingness to learn about it.

• Experience in scaling Agile within large, complex environments.

• Nice to have: Background in software development or project management.

• Strong skills in organizational change management.

• Certifications in Agile Leadership, Product Ownership, and the Kanban method.
