Agile Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with senior executives to enhance organizational effectiveness and foster collaborative working methods.

• Mentor leadership teams and business units to enhance decision-making, alignment, and execution.

• Create and facilitate interactive workshops, learning sessions, and leadership events.

• Assist teams in translating concepts into actionable steps and sustainable behavioral transformation.

• Implement contemporary working methods grounded in practical experience rather than rigid methodologies.

• Provide insights on external market trends, emerging developments, and best practices from other organizations.

• Advocate for the practical use of Artificial Intelligence to enhance collaboration, productivity, and work methodologies.

• Guide teams through organizational transitions while maintaining a strong focus on delivery and outcomes.

• Collaborate with an established internal coaching community across various business functions.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in executing Agile and business transformation projects.

• Minimum of 5 years serving as an Agile Coach or Enterprise Coach in complex organizational settings.

• Demonstrated success in influencing senior leaders and executive stakeholders.

• Extensive background in coaching leadership teams and facilitating organizational change.

• Strong competencies in workshop design and facilitation, with the ability to craft engaging learning experiences.

• Proven experience in enhancing organizational performance through collaboration and modern work practices.

• In-depth knowledge of Generative AI and emerging workplace technologies, with a track record of assisting organizations in adopting AI to boost productivity and collaboration.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Experience collaborating across multiple business functions in large international organizations.

• Proficiency in English.
