This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and facilitate the Dynata Program Increment process for designated programs
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate Release Train Engineers who manage Agile Release Trains
• Promote the adoption of SAFe principles and methodologies across Product, Engineering, and Operations
• Organize and govern PI Planning and pre-PI refinement activities
• Ensure quarterly synchronization between business objectives and technology
• Establish and evaluate program-level standards for predictability, flow, dependencies, and the fulfillment of PI objectives
• Provide counsel to program and executive stakeholders regarding risks, trade-offs, and opportunities for improvement
• Supervise ART execution and cross-team ceremonies through RTEs
• Monitor dependencies, risks, and barriers while ensuring proper escalation channels
• Track program metrics and initiate corrective measures as necessary
• Ensure Inspect & Adapt events yield measurable, actionable enhancements
• Aggregate insights across programs and propose organizational enhancements
• Mentor leaders, Product Managers, Scrum Masters, and teams on agile principles and scaled delivery
• Maintain program-level documentation including Program Boards, PI Objectives, dashboards, and tracking of dependencies
• Assist with organizational change management and the maturation of agile practices
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Architecture leadership to enhance alignment between business and execution
• Refine Dynata’s agile operating model to achieve systemic optimization, align portfolio strategy, and enhance business value
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least two active SAFe or Agile certifications; SAFe RTE is preferred
• Over five years of experience leading software teams at the program level, typically ranging from 5–8 years
• A minimum of two years coordinating multiple teams at the same time
• At least three PI Planning events facilitated or co-facilitated
• Proven experience in leadership without formal authority
• Background in facilitating large-scale events with over 50 participants
• Experience in executive coaching
• Proficiency in cross-functional communication
• Understanding of flow and predictability metrics
• Experience in managing dependencies and resolving conflicts
• Relevant certifications such as SAFe RTE, SPC, SASM, PSM, or ICP-ACC
• Familiarity with the Dynata Product & Engineering Process
• Knowledge of Jira, including Jira Plans, Azure DevOps, and Linear
• Understanding of Dynata’s two-project Jira model
• Proficiency in Miro, Mural, Lucidchart, and Aha! Roadmaps
• Familiarity with Confluence, Notion, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace
• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zoom, and Google Meet
• Familiarity with Mentimeter, Slido, and Poll Everywhere
• Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, Jira Dashboards, EazyBI, and Monday
• Knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets
• Understanding of SAFe 6.0, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean
