This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
β’ Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gain insights into business objectives, project scope, and potential solutions.
β’ Conduct discovery workshops, gather requirements, map customer journeys, and analyze business processes.
β’ Assess and document existing (As-Is) and future (To-Be) business processes.
β’ Create functional documentation that includes business requirements, process flows, and solution specifications.
β’ Convert business requirements into Features, Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
β’ Work closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, Developers, and QA teams throughout the product lifecycle.
β’ Assess solution alternatives and propose functional strategies that align business needs with technical viability.
β’ Ensure that requirements are complete, consistent, traceable, and aligned during the software delivery process.
β’ Actively engage in Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
β’ Support multiple Agile initiatives while ensuring alignment between business objectives and development teams.
β’ Lead and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
β’ Confirm that delivered functionalities meet business requirements and acceptance criteria.
β’ Monitor defects, coordinate issue resolution with engineering teams, and assist in successful retesting.
β’ Act as the functional point of contact for business stakeholders during testing and implementation.
β’ 3β5+ years of experience as an Agile Business Analyst, Functional Business Analyst, or Business Systems Analyst.
β’ Strong background in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for software development projects.
β’ Proven experience in facilitating workshops and working directly with business stakeholders.
β’ Solid expertise in documenting As-Is / To-Be processes, business workflows, and functional specifications.
β’ Practical experience in creating Features, Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
β’ Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
β’ Experience working in Agile Scrum environments.
β’ Experience in coordinating or supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
β’ Proficient in using Jira and Confluence.
β’ Experience in supporting web, mobile, or cloud-based software solutions.
β’ Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and analytical skills.
β’ Advanced English communication skills (both written and spoken).
