Agentic Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create and develop high-quality prompts for LLM-based agents, preferably using GPT-class models.

• Construct agentic tools and workflows utilizing Netomi’s no-code platform, akin to Workato, Zapier, and n8n.

• Connect external and internal APIs, which includes tasks such as authentication, data mapping, and error management.

• Execute unit tests, resolve issues, and guarantee the reliability of agent workflows.

• Employ engineering best practices and design patterns like retries, timeouts, idempotency, and lazy loading.

• Enhance agents for optimal performance, cost-efficiency, and fault tolerance.

• Work collaboratively with Product, QA, and Delivery teams to deploy production-grade agentic solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in a Software Development Engineer role or a similar position.

• Strong grasp of prompt engineering and LLM behavior.

• Practical experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and JSON-based integrations.

• Extensive experience in unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with resilient system design patterns and handling non-happy path scenarios.
