This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Conduct outbound calls and consistently engage in prospecting activities.
• Identify client needs through active listening and effective questioning.
• Schedule qualified appointments and demos for the sales team.
• Accurately update the CRM (HubSpot or similar) with essential data.
• Manage longer sales cycles while maintaining consistent follow-up.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition to the closing teams.
• Bilingual (advanced English/Spanish). (Essential for prospect communication and management on commercial platforms).
• 1 to 2+ years of experience in outbound sales, scheduling demonstrations or appointments.
• Proven experience in high-volume outbound calling.
• Prior experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot experience is a plus).
• Strong understanding of sales funnels and ability to manage multi-touch sales cycles.
• Excellent listening skills, resilience in repetitive tasks, and a strong customer orientation.
