Agente de Call Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Act as a portability advisor for clients in Peru

• Provide customer-focused service management through a call center

• Work remotely from home

• Engage in paid in-person training starting from the first day

• Adhere to a schedule from Monday to Saturday, with Sunday as a day off

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in districts of Metropolitan Lima or Callao (mandatory)

• Valid ID

• Must be of legal age

• Minimum completed secondary education

• Candidates with or without experience are welcome

• A positive attitude and desire for stable employment

• Availability to work from Monday to Saturday, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
