This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Provide support and guidance for renewals via WhatsApp and written channels

• Manage sales in telecommunications services

• Assist customers through inbound and outbound channels

• Participate in paid training sessions

• Work from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with a fixed day off on Sundays

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 months experience in call center sales

• Completed secondary education

• Must have a PC/LAPTOP

• Wired internet connection

• Operating system Windows 10 or 11

• Core i3 processor, 5th generation

• 8GB RAM memory

• Internet speed of 50 Mbps

• Headphones with USB connection

• Camera must be on during training (mandatory)
