This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Ensure the precise and timely management of agent- and agency-related documentation to support the operations of Delaware Life.
• Firm mergers and acquisitions - Conduct preliminary reviews, communicate with affected areas, and manage transactions from start to finish.
• Block transfers - Execute initial reviews, facilitate cross-departmental communication, and oversee the processing from initiation to completion.
• State appointments, renewals, and terminations - Process in accordance with the regulatory requirements of each state.
• Quality control - Review completed cases to ensure accuracy and compliance with established standards.
• Process documentation - Create and maintain guidelines, step-by-step instructions, and FAQ resources.
• Special projects - Oversee the complete execution of special initiatives assigned to the team.
• System enhancements - Collaborate across the organization to identify and implement improvements to system functionality.
• Acquire, retain, and continuously update knowledge of Delaware Life's annuity products, internal processes, and the industry rules and regulations governing this work.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and collaborative efforts within Sales Operations.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Four or more years of operations, customer service, or transaction-processing experience (or a blend of these).
• Previous experience in insurance or financial services operations, particularly in agent or producer services, licensing, or appointments is preferred.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with internal teams and external partners including agents, agencies, and back offices.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to research, articulate findings, and resolve issues.
• Exceptional attention to detail and comfort with high-volume, high-accuracy transactional processing.
• Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced environment characterized by frequent changes, with a flexible mindset and a positive attitude.
• Strong collaboration skills, effectively working with peers, cross-functional partners, and external stakeholders.
