Agency Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Provide customized insurance quotes and outstanding service for non-Horace Mann products, ensuring clients receive optimal coverage options tailored to their individual requirements.

• Build strong relationships with agents and proactively manage client inquiries via email, phone, and web channels to guarantee a seamless customer experience.

• Work in collaboration with third-party vendors to facilitate the processing of quotes and applications.

• Finalize policies and ensure accurate documentation, including obtaining necessary approvals, payments, and signatures.

• Monitor and report key performance indicators while conducting quality reviews.

• Meet production targets through consistent client engagement and follow-up efforts.

• Employ sales strategies to maintain high close ratios and service quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is required.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

• An active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.

• Experience in Call Center, Customer Service, or Sales is preferred.
