This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Establishes and nurtures client relationships, secures new orders from potential customers, and enhances business with the existing client portfolio.
• Creates lists of potential customers to serve as sales leads.
• Evaluates individual client requirements and formulates, presents, and executes a strategy to fulfill those needs.
• Maintains a strong presence in the marketing sector by participating in real estate industry events.
• Works with internal marketing teams to generate local marketing content aimed at boosting brand recognition.
• Skillfully develops or modifies and delivers presentations to client groups.
• Engages daily with other departments.
• Proactively communicates with clients and provides timely responses to their inquiries.
• High School Diploma.
• 2 to 5 years of successful experience in the residential Title/Real estate industry.
• Demonstrated history of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
