This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Armenia.
• Serve as the main point of contact for B2B agencies, responding to their requirements.
• Build and maintain robust, long-lasting relationships that enhance agency retention and satisfaction.
• Offer continuous support to agencies to ensure their success with our services.
• Initiate outreach activities to connect with prospective B2B agencies.
• Work in tandem with the EMEA sales team to jointly manage agency opportunities.
• Aid in the planning and execution of events for agency clients.
• Conduct research to uncover industry trends and potential partnerships.
• Follow up with communications to guarantee agency satisfaction.
• Proven experience in client success.
• Background in hospitality is advantageous.
• Experience in demand generation within a B2B framework.
• Familiarity with utilizing AI in current job responsibilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication capabilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and other client management systems.
• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• A proactive and self-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Experience in event planning is a plus.
