Agency Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process for manufacturing and engineering roles across diverse industries.

• Identify, source, and engage both passive and active candidates utilizing various sourcing methods.

• Perform candidate outreach through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing.

• Conduct phone and virtual interviews to assess technical skills, experience, and overall compatibility.

• Evaluate candidates using behavioral interviewing methods.

• Develop and sustain robust candidate pipelines for current and future job openings.

• Deliver detailed interview summaries for qualified candidates.

• Organize interviews and ensure consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Keep precise candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System.

• Collaborate with our leadership team to create sourcing strategies for difficult searches.

• Provide insights into market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence when necessary.

• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.

• Prior experience in recruiting for manufacturing, engineering, skilled trades, operations, or technical roles.

• Proficient sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools.

• Experience in recruiting passive candidates.

• Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.

• Capability to handle multiple searches concurrently.

• Comfortable working independently while collaborating remotely with a small team.

• Familiarity with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• High attention to detail and dedication to providing an exceptional candidate experience.

• Preferred: Agency recruitment experience.

• Experience recruiting across Canada and/or the United States.

• Understanding of manufacturing environments and engineering fields.

• Experience in recruiting for leadership-level positions.
