This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Spearhead the growth of Okendo's partner network throughout the APAC region by identifying, engaging, signing, and onboarding new agency partners into the Okendo Partner Program.
• Increase referral volume and sourced MRR from your partner portfolio by:
• Establishing authentic relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations — partner managers, sales representatives, account managers, and leadership teams.
• Educating partners about Okendo's unique value propositions and differentiators across the entire platform (Reviews, Loyalty, Quizzes, Referrals, Surveys).
• Gaining an understanding of partner goals, projects, and processes, and aligning them with Okendo's capabilities.
• Collaborating with internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product) to ensure the success of shared clients and maintain agency partner satisfaction.
• Creating opportunities to provide value to partners — through referrals, introductions, co-marketing initiatives, and knowledge sharing.
• Advancing partners through the program tiers (Certified → Gold → Platinum) by assisting them in developing a robust and growing portfolio of Okendo MRR.
• Representing Okendo at industry, partner, and client-focused events — discussing industry topics, sharing partner success stories, and demonstrating the platform.
• Identifying and executing co-marketing initiatives with partners that enhance awareness and create new sales pipelines, in collaboration with Okendo's Marketing team.
• Operating within Okendo's OKR framework and providing regular updates to the Executive and Management teams.
• Over 3 years of experience in partnership or channel management, preferably within the e-commerce technology, digital marketing, or development agency sectors.
• A proven history of achieving and surpassing revenue or KPI targets.
• Strong consultative and relationship-building abilities, with the confidence to demonstrate Okendo and present to partner audiences.
• Familiarity with the Shopify / DTC ecosystem is highly preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing projects with excellent organizational skills.
• Comfort with modern tools — including AI tools — to enhance efficiency. Experience with HubSpot is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time throughout the region.
