This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Provide operational and administrative assistance to the Marketing leadership and regional teams.
• Analyze regional outcomes and aid in the creation of programs to address performance shortfalls.
• Support initiatives related to market development, loss ratio, profitability, and productivity.
• Assist in communication and coordination with Regional Staff and Marketing Managers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support the objectives of the Marketing Department.
• Help identify priority areas and contribute to corrective measures and solutions.
• Assist in reporting activities and performance monitoring.
• Support District and Regional Managers as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• 5 years of experience in Insurance and Marketing.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Fluent English is required.
• Strong communication and administrative abilities.
• Problem-solving mindset with the capacity to support decision-making.
• Basic reporting and analytical skills.
• Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Familiarity with tools like Copilot is an advantage.
