📋 Description

• Assume leadership and propel the agency's development forward.

• Coordinate and inspire a team of independent reviewers and data agents.

• Guarantee authentic and transparent reporting of reviews and testimonials.

• Leverage advanced AI technologies and assess market trends.

• Continuously enhance reach and optimize business processes.

• Manage a variety of projects, including the Grazy Promotion and GeniusAI platforms.

• Oversee the creation of high-converting content and ensure customer inquiries are addressed.

• Cultivate relationships with partners and platforms such as Digistore24 and Copecart.

• Acquire and develop your own clientele.

• Take responsibility for forecasting and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Utilize CRM systems for effective lead management.

• Independently surpass growth targets.

• Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated success in marketing, sales, or customer service.

• Ideally, possess experience in a leadership capacity.

• Practical experience with AI-powered tools is preferred.

• Capability to implement AI tools for process automation.

• Proficient in German (both spoken and written).

• Good command of English.

• Proven ability to establish relationships with clients, partners, and team members.

• Strong analytical problem-solving abilities.
