This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Build and cultivate relationships with both new and existing assigned agents to enhance qualified risk selection and establish enduring partnerships.
• Drive premium growth by engaging with new and existing agencies through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person visits.
• Discover and develop new agency opportunities through active prospecting efforts.
• Provide training and continuous support to both new and existing agencies, ensuring comprehensive understanding of systems, products, and underwriting guidelines.
• Act as a subject matter expert regarding our product offerings and core systems while staying updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape.
• Offer account management support for agencies and maintain precise records of agency interactions utilizing Salesforce.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure effective and consistent communication with agencies.
• Proactively track key performance metrics and identify areas for improvement or further training opportunities.
• Work closely with product management to relay competitive insights and communicate necessary product changes or new opportunities.
• Consistently achieve or surpass individual or team objectives.
• Represent the organization professionally at trade shows, conferences, and during in-person agency visits.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
• A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in the Property & Casualty industry.
• Willingness and capacity to travel frequently for in-person agency visits within the assigned territory, including overnight stays as required.
• Ability to tackle challenges with a positive mindset and adapt to evolving priorities or market conditions.

• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to meet team deadlines.
• Results-driven and able to excel in high-volume environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software such as Salesforce.

• Capable of building relationships both internally and externally while influencing stakeholders.
