This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Promote and market primary label products utilized on finished goods across diverse industries.
• Enhance current accounts while seeking and cultivating new label sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with customers to grasp application requirements, material needs, compliance standards, and volume projections.
• Manage and grow repeat label business through proactive account management strategies.
• Provide support for national accounts when necessary, ensuring alignment with the overall sales strategy.
• Follow up on leads generated by the company and convert these opportunities into ongoing label revenue.
• Create professional proposals and pricing that adhere to company guidelines.
• Maintain precise records of customer interactions, pricing, and sales opportunities in CRM systems.
• Submit reports on sales activities, forecasts, and performance as needed.
• Stay informed about labeling materials, market trends, and regulatory requirements impacting primary product labeling.
• Post-secondary education or demonstrated B2B sales experience with a solid track record of success.
• Ability to discern customer needs and propose effective aftermarket label solutions.
• Prior knowledge of the label or packaging industry is highly preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with learning new systems and tools.
• Possess a valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and the capability to travel locally about 50% of the time.
• Willingness to travel to the U.S. as required.
• Highly self-driven, ethical, and results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to handle multiple priorities while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
• Total compensation of up to $150,000, consisting of base salary plus commission.
