Affiliate Revenue Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Generate affiliate revenue by revitalizing inactive partnerships, enhancing current partner relationships, and negotiating exclusive, above-market commercial agreements.

• Establish and grow a new TradFi affiliate vertical by acquiring and managing forex, CFD, and commodities brokers through CPA and RevShare partnership models.

• Broaden affiliate partnerships in key markets, particularly Japan and the CIS.

• Oversee the production of affiliate content and incorporate affiliate links throughout editorial material.

• Manage the affiliate advertising setup in AdButler, including campaign configuration, placements, naming conventions, banner management, A/B testing, and continuous optimization.

• Examine placements, traffic sources, audience segments, and geographical data to recognize and replicate high-value conversion patterns.

• Review, enhance, and optimize affiliate placements, funnels, and conversion paths to increase CTR and overall performance.

• Collaborate with editorial and partnerships teams to create a cohesive cross-functional content strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Approximately 3 years of experience in crypto/trading affiliate partnerships, performance marketing, or affiliate business development.

• Established connections with affiliate managers at leading exchanges, brokers, or crypto platforms.

• Practical experience in partner negotiations, affiliate placements and analytics, banner management, and comprehensive ownership.

• Proficiency in English; additional languages are a significant advantage.

• Demonstrated experience in negotiating CPA, RevShare, and hybrid agreements.

• Strong understanding of crypto, forex, and traditional finance.

• Familiarity with affiliate platforms such as Impact, Tune/HasOffers, and Awin, along with attribution models.

• Capability to monitor EPC and conversion rates and enhance performance.

• Experience with ad servers like AdButler or similar platforms.

• Basic understanding of SEO and driving traffic to content.

• Familiarity with WordPress and AI tools for content creation.
