
Affiliate Relationship Manager – CIS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kazakhstan.
• Oversee and nurture relationships with current affiliates, KOLs, trading communities, and strategic partners.
• Propel affiliate performance improvements in user acquisition, trading volume, retention, and revenue contributions.
• Track affiliate performance metrics and pinpoint unusual behaviors, risks, or growth opportunities.
• Address affiliate inquiries professionally, including commission disputes, competitor poaching, and operational escalations.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Legal.
• Plan and implement joint campaigns, incentive programs, and partnership initiatives with affiliates.
• Evaluate affiliate ROI, trading behaviors, and lifecycle performance to enhance overall ecosystem efficiency.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks like wash trading, arbitrage abuse, multi-accounting, or non-compliant traffic sources.
• Maintain a strong awareness of competitor affiliate programs, commission structures, and industry trends.
• Assist with affiliate onboarding, due diligence, and long-term relationship development.
• Experience in Crypto, FX, CFD, Trading Platforms, or similar financial sectors.
• Familiarity with exchange affiliate ecosystems, commission structures, and rebate mechanisms.
• Background in Affiliate Marketing, Key Account Management (KAM), or B2B partnership management.
• Strong grasp of affiliate lifecycle management and partner incentive systems.
• Excellent relationship management and stakeholder communication abilities.
• Capability to manage sensitive partner situations with professionalism and maturity.
• Solid analytical skills with the capacity to interpret trading volume, retention, ROI, and behavioral trends.
• Proficient in commercial negotiations for exclusive partnerships, tiered commissions, and co-marketing campaigns.
• Strong risk awareness concerning affiliate abuse, compliance issues, and suspicious trading activities.
• Cross-cultural communication skills; experience in managing LATAM, MENA, SEA, or global markets is preferred.
• Patient, stable, and oriented towards fostering long-term relationships.
• Strong service mindset and partnership-oriented mentality.
• High emotional intelligence and strong sensitivity in interpersonal interactions.
• Ability to identify early signals of affiliate churn, competitor engagement, or business decline.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Background in trading or quantitative trading (Nice to Have).
• Experience in compliance, risk control, or partner due diligence (Nice to Have).
• Experience managing online communities or affiliate ecosystems (Nice to Have).
• Fluency in English is essential for coordinating with overseas partners and stakeholders; additional languages such as Arabic or Russian are advantageous.
