This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Oversee and nurture relationships with current affiliates, KOLs, trading communities, and strategic partners.
• Propel affiliate performance enhancement in areas such as user acquisition, trading volume, retention, and revenue generation.
• Track affiliate performance indicators and pinpoint unusual behaviors, risks, or growth possibilities.
• Address affiliate issues professionally, including commission disagreements, competitor encroachments, and operational escalations.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Legal.
• Develop and implement joint campaigns, incentive programs, and partnership initiatives with affiliates.
• Assess affiliate ROI, trading activities, and lifecycle performance to boost overall ecosystem efficiency.
• Detect and mitigate potential risks such as wash trading, arbitrage exploitation, multi-accounting, or non-compliant traffic sources.
• Maintain a robust market awareness of competing affiliate programs, commission frameworks, and industry trends.
• Assist in affiliate onboarding, due diligence, and the cultivation of long-term relationships.
• Background in Crypto, FX, CFD, Trading Platforms, or related financial sectors.
• Familiarity with exchange affiliate ecosystems, commission models, and rebate systems.
• Experience in Affiliate Marketing, Key Account Management (KAM), or B2B partnership management.
• Comprehensive understanding of affiliate lifecycle management and partner incentive structures.
• Exceptional relationship management and stakeholder communication abilities.
• Capability to manage sensitive partner situations with professionalism and maturity.
• Strong analytical skills with the capacity to interpret trading volume, retention, ROI, and behavioral patterns.
• Proficient in commercial negotiations for exclusive partnerships, tiered commissions, and co-marketing initiatives.
• High risk awareness concerning affiliate misconduct, compliance issues, and dubious trading activities.
• Cross-cultural communication skills; experience managing LATAM, MENA, SEA, or global markets is preferred.
• Patient, stable, and focused on long-term relationship building.
• Strong service orientation and partnership mentality.
• High emotional intelligence and sensitivity in interpersonal interactions.
• Capacity to identify early indicators of affiliate churn, competitor engagement, or business decline.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Background in trading or quantitative trading (Nice to Have).
• Experience in compliance, risk management, or partner due diligence (Nice to Have).
• Familiarity with managing online communities or affiliate ecosystems (Nice to Have).
• Proficiency in English is essential for coordinating with international partners and stakeholders; additional EU languages would be a plus.
