This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee and nurture relationships with current affiliates, KOLs, trading communities, and strategic partners.
• Propel affiliate performance enhancements in user acquisition, trading volume, retention, and revenue generation.
• Track affiliate performance metrics, identifying any irregular behaviors, risks, or opportunities for growth.
• Address affiliate issues in a professional manner, including commission disputes, competitor encroachments, and operational escalations.
• Collaborate with internal departments such as Marketing, Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Legal.
• Design and implement joint campaigns, incentive programs, and partnership initiatives alongside affiliates.
• Evaluate affiliate ROI, trading behaviors, and lifecycle performance to enhance overall ecosystem efficiency.
• Recognize and mitigate potential risks, including wash trading, arbitrage exploitation, multi-accounting, or non-compliant traffic sources.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor affiliate programs, and commission structures.
• Assist in affiliate onboarding, due diligence, and fostering long-term relationship growth.
• Background in Crypto, FX, CFD, Trading Platforms, or related financial sectors.
• Knowledgeable about exchange affiliate ecosystems, including commission structures and rebate mechanisms.
• Experience in Affiliate Marketing, Key Account Management (KAM), or B2B partnership management.
• Strong comprehension of affiliate lifecycle management and partner incentive systems.
• Excellent relationship management and stakeholder communication abilities.
• Capable of handling sensitive partner situations with professionalism and maturity.
• Proficient analytical skills with the ability to interpret trading volume, retention, ROI, and behavioral patterns.
• Skilled in commercial negotiations for exclusive partnerships, tiered commissions, and co-marketing campaigns.
• Strong awareness of risks related to affiliate abuse, compliance issues, and suspicious trading activities.
• Cross-cultural communication skills; experience managing LATAM, MENA, SEA, or global markets is preferred.
• Patient, stable, and focused on long-term relationship building.
• Strong service-oriented mindset and partnership approach.
• High emotional intelligence and interpersonal sensitivity.
• Able to recognize early indicators of affiliate churn, competitor involvement, or business decline.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adept at thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Trading or quantitative trading experience is a plus.
• Background in compliance, risk management, or partner due diligence is advantageous.
• Experience in managing online communities or affiliate ecosystems is a plus.
• Proficiency in English is required; additional languages such as Spanish or Portuguese are beneficial.
