This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Oversee and nurture relationships with current affiliates, KOLs, trading communities, and strategic partners.
• Foster affiliate performance enhancements across user acquisition, trading volume, retention, and revenue generation.
• Track affiliate performance metrics and pinpoint unusual behaviors, risks, or growth potentials.
• Address affiliate issues professionally, including commission disputes, competitor poaching, and operational escalations.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Product, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Legal.
• Create and implement joint campaigns, incentive programs, and partnership initiatives with affiliates.
• Evaluate affiliate ROI, trading behaviors, and lifecycle performance to enhance overall ecosystem efficiency.
• Recognize and mitigate potential risks such as wash trading, arbitrage abuse, multi-accounting, or non-compliant traffic sources.
• Maintain a keen awareness of market trends, competitor affiliate programs, and commission structures.
• Assist with affiliate onboarding, due diligence, and the development of long-term relationships.
• Background in Crypto, FX, CFD, Trading Platforms, or associated financial industries.
• Familiarity with exchange affiliate ecosystems, commission frameworks, and rebate systems.
• Proven experience in Affiliate Marketing, Key Account Management (KAM), or B2B partnership management.
• Strong knowledge of affiliate lifecycle management and partner incentive structures.
• Excellent relationship management and stakeholder communication abilities.
• Capability to handle sensitive partner matters with professionalism and maturity.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret trading volume, retention, ROI, and behavioral patterns.
• Proficient in commercial negotiation for exclusive partnerships, tiered commissions, and co-marketing initiatives.
• High awareness of risks related to affiliate abuse, compliance issues, and suspicious trading activities.
• Strong cross-cultural communication skills; experience managing LATAM, MENA, SEA, or global markets is preferred.
• Patient, stable, and oriented towards developing long-term relationships.
• Strong service-oriented mindset and partnership mentality.
• High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal sensitivity.
• Ability to detect early signs of affiliate churn, competitor engagement, or business decline.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Background in trading or quantitative trading (Nice to Have).
• Experience in compliance, risk control, or partner due diligence (Nice to Have).
• Familiarity with managing online communities or affiliate ecosystems (Nice to Have).
• Fluency in English is required for coordination with international partners and stakeholders; additional languages are a plus.
