This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Conduct extensive online research and utilize databases to create hyper-targeted prospect lists of over 100 qualified leads each week.
• Develop and dispatch personalized cold emails using verification and scaling tools such as Hunter.io or Apollo.
• Establish and oversee affiliate programs: recruit partners, negotiate agreements, monitor commissions, and optimize for ROI through straightforward dashboards.
• Qualify leads using HubSpot or a similar CRM, nurturing them through automated sequences.
• Review campaign data on a weekly basis; monitor metrics such as reply rates, conversion funnels, and CPL to refine strategies and achieve ambitious goals.
• A minimum of 2 years of successful experience in B2B lead generation or outreach.
• Extensive knowledge of email deliverability, A/B testing sequences, and strategies to avoid spam filters.
• Proven ability to build pipelines from scratch on LinkedIn using advanced search and messaging techniques.
• Hands-on experience in affiliate marketing, including recruiting affiliates, managing programs on various platforms, and driving revenue through partners.
• Proficient in web research, adept at extracting insights from company websites, Crunchbase, or forums to customize outreach at scale.
• Mastery of tools such as Apollo, Hunter, Lemlist, HubSpot, Google Sheets/Excel for reporting; comfortable with basic automation tools (e.g., Zapier).
• A startup mentality: proactive self-starter who experiments quickly, takes ownership of outcomes, and communicates successes clearly.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and customer service skills.
• Technologically savvy individual with a keen analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and proficient verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
