This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.
• Identify and secure new high-potential partners (affiliates, comparison and review publishers, influencers, and content creators) that align with our ideal partner profile.
• Cultivate and enhance relationships with existing partners to increase engagement, activity, and ultimately subscribers, through consistent communication, updates, and support.
• Conduct calls with prospects to demonstrate the product, communicate its value, and persuade them to become partners.
• Manage the outreach process from start to finish: handle a high-volume inbox, keep conversations progressing, and ensure timely follow-ups until partners are finalized and active.
• Utilize affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact) to onboard partners, monitor performance, and manage payouts.
• Leverage AI prospecting and monitoring tools to identify, qualify, and prioritize partners on a large scale, as well as to uncover new opportunities more quickly than manual research allows.
• Track partner performance against subscriber and customer acquisition cost (CAC) targets, amplifying successful strategies and discontinuing ineffective ones.
• Maintain an organized and transparent partner pipeline, with accurate records and clear status updates.
• Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager to ensure affiliate activities are aligned with broader campaigns, creative initiatives, and lifecycle strategies.
• 3 to 5+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, business development, or sales, preferably within the B2C subscription sector or Fintech.
• A seasoned stock investor with a solid understanding of fundamental analysis, portfolio management, and the mindset of long-term investors, enabling credible conversations with investment-focused partners.
• Familiarity with affiliate platforms (Impact or equivalent) and a willingness to adopt AI tools for enhanced efficiency.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to establish the appropriate tone during calls and outreach efforts.
