This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Identify high-potential affiliates, publishers, creators, e-learning agencies, consultancies, implementation partners, consultants, and other education-focused collaborators who align well with LearnWorlds.
• Execute proactive outreach initiatives, qualify potential opportunities, and convert promising contacts into engaged partners.
• Discover methods to automate and enhance partner research and outreach processes, including list creation, segmentation, personalized communications, follow-ups, and outreach tracking.
• Oversee the complete partner acquisition process, from initial outreach and introductory calls to negotiation, approval, onboarding, and activation.
• Assist new partners in understanding LearnWorlds, our target audience, our value proposition, and optimal promotional strategies.
• Evaluate partner quality and promotional tactics, including PPC activities, brand bidding, coupon/discount utilization, traffic hijacking, attribution risks, and possible channel cannibalization. Recommend or escalate actions regarding partner restrictions, suspensions, or terminations as necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and disseminate partner resources such as onboarding emails, product messaging, campaign briefs, presentations, promotional concepts, email copy, and enablement materials.
• Monitor partner performance across platforms like PartnerStack and Rakuten.
• Track essential metrics such as applications, approved partners, activated partners, traffic, trials, customers, revenue, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Prepare comprehensive updates for the Head of Affiliate and Partnerships and other internal stakeholders.
• Work alongside marketing, sales, content, creative, data, finance, legal, and product marketing to facilitate partner success, campaigns, tracking, reporting, payouts, and compliance.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partner acquisition, partnerships, performance marketing, or a related growth-oriented role.
• Experience in SaaS, EdTech, the creator economy, online learning, marketplaces, or B2B software is highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience in recruiting and activating affiliates or partners online, encompassing outreach, discovery calls, negotiation, onboarding, and follow-up is essential.
• A strong affiliate acquisition mindset, with the ability to identify suitable partners, build trust, negotiate effectively, and convert potential partners into active promoters of LearnWorlds.
• Practical experience with platforms such as PartnerStack, Impact, Awin, Rakuten, CJ, ShareASale, or similar tools.
• Experience with outreach, CRM, or automation tools is a bonus.
• A keen interest in leveraging AI and automation to enhance partner research, outreach, onboarding, reporting, follow-ups, and internal workflows.
• Solid understanding of affiliate business models, including revenue share, CPA, commission structures, attribution, tracking, partner quality, and ROI.
• Strong analytical abilities, with the capacity to translate performance data into actionable insights.
• Exceptional written and spoken English skills, along with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Organized, proactive, commercially minded, and adept at managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Comfortable collaborating with partners across various regions and time zones, with flexibility for occasional early or late calls and an ability to balance working hours accordingly.
