Affiliate Marketing Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take charge of and define Eneba’s long-term strategy for affiliate marketing.

• Spearhead the strategic planning for the affiliate channel, encompassing direction, priorities, success metrics, and execution frameworks.

• Discover growth opportunities, partnership models, and methods to scale affiliate marketing efforts.

• Build, oversee, and nurture a team of Affiliate Marketing Specialists.

• Recruit, onboard, mentor, and develop team members ranging from junior to senior levels.

• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings concentrating on performance, mindset, ownership, and long-term development.

• Encourage experimentation, learning, and unconventional approaches to work.

• Make informed decisions on affiliate-related initiatives while weighing business impact, resources, and sustainability.

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to foster company growth and align with strategic priorities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or performance-driven growth roles within startup, gaming, or e-commerce sectors.

• Proven experience in people management, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and career development.

• Demonstrated capability to build, scale, and lead teams in dynamic, high-growth settings.

• Strong strategic and business acumen.

• Ability to translate overarching company goals into team direction, priorities, and measurable results.

• A history of making and taking ownership of decisions in ambiguous, rapidly changing startup and scale-up environments.

• Robust analytical mindset that utilizes data and insights to assess performance, establish direction, and challenge assumptions.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Leadership style rooted in ownership, accountability, and the development of sustainable, high-performing teams.
