Affiliate Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Identify and onboard new partners for iGaming traffic through niche communities, public pages, forums, chats, industry events, and more (PPC, ASO, FB, etc.).

• Collaborate with Tier-1 markets.

• Manage and cultivate relationships with current partners.

• Offer partners support in setup, statistics, and traffic analytics.

• Conduct monthly commission assessments, monitor incoming traffic, and mitigate fraud using in-house tools and the analytics team.

• Prepare and uphold regular traffic reports.

• Meet established KPIs utilizing company tools.

• Participate in international exhibitions, showcasing the company’s products at these events.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of demonstrated experience in Affiliate Marketing within Tier-1 markets (iGaming sector).

• Practical experience collaborating with brands on the operator/advertiser side.

• In-depth knowledge of commission models: RevShare, Hybrid, CPA, EPC, Flat Fee, and Listing Deals.

• Expertise in utilizing analytics tools to monitor traffic performance and campaign conversions.

• Proficient in Google Sheets.

• Bonus: a personal network of active Tier-1 partners prepared for collaboration.

• Soft Skills: Upper Intermediate English (B2-C1).

• Strong abilities in stress management and conflict resolution.

• Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills.

• Proven capability to establish and sustain long-term relationships with partners.
