Affiliate Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Assist in the implementation and daily management of Best Buy's affiliate marketing program and partner promotions.

• Develop and initiate affiliate campaigns, ensuring precise targeting, tracking, and campaign configuration.

• Oversee activities within the affiliate network, including updates for partners, changes in commissions, deep linking, and inquiries regarding transactions.

• Evaluate and coordinate creative materials to maintain brand consistency and technical precision.

• Track campaign performance, pinpoint opportunities for enhancement, and escalate issues when outcomes diverge from expectations.

• Ensure payment accuracy and assist in resolving tracking or placement challenges across affiliate partners.

• Recognize and enact process improvements that boost team efficiency and campaign execution.

• Investigate new partnership opportunities and offer recommendations that promote business growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership marketing, performance marketing, digital marketing, eCommerce, or a related discipline.

• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proven experience managing projects or campaigns from conception to execution in a fast-paced environment.

• Advanced skills in Excel and a keen attention to detail.

• Outstanding organizational skills with the capability to handle multiple priorities.

• A collaborative mindset coupled with strong relationship-building and communication abilities.
