Affiliate Marketing Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily interactions with affiliate and CPA network partners

• Monitor performance metrics for campaigns including clicks, conversions, EPC, and ROI

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new affiliates, providing them with necessary creative assets and links

• Identify and highlight high-performing offers while flagging those that are underperforming for further evaluation

• Collaborate with content and social media teams to ensure affiliate promotions are in sync with overall campaigns

• Keep precise records of affiliate agreements, payouts, and performance metrics

• Explore new affiliate prospects and up-and-coming CPA networks

• No formal degree necessary

• Understanding of affiliate marketing principles is advantageous — training will be provided for the right candidate

• Exceptional attention to detail with the capability to manage multiple partner relationships

• Proficient in using spreadsheets and basic analytics dashboards

• Strong written communication skills — regular interaction with external partners is expected

• Self-motivated individual who can prioritize tasks independently without ongoing supervision
