Affiliate Manager – Poker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify, negotiate, and finalize new poker affiliate agreements throughout the region.

• Develop CPA, revenue share, rakeback, and hybrid arrangements within established commercial guidelines.

• Elevate terms to senior management if they deviate from agreed-upon guidelines.

• Create and sustain a pipeline of fresh affiliate prospects across the regional landscape.

• Weigh rakeback and deal expenses against player volume, retention, and net contributions.

• Serve as the primary contact for the regional partner portfolio on a day-to-day basis.

• Oversee partner communications, foster relationship development, and manage performance-focused partner interactions.

• Track deal-specific and cohort-specific performance, including traffic quality, rake production, and player retention.

• Renegotiate or terminate underperforming or low-quality partnerships.

• Provide reports on newly finalized deals, pipeline status, portfolio performance, key risks, and growth opportunities.

• Keep precise records of partner agreements, deal specifics, and payment timelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated success in sourcing and closing poker affiliate agreements, supported by acquisition and rake results.

• Strong grasp of poker and poker player economics, including rakeback frameworks, player demographics, and long-term player value.

• Established connections within the regional poker affiliate community or a proven ability to cultivate them swiftly.

• In-depth knowledge of CPA, revenue share, rakeback, and hybrid poker affiliate deal types.

• Proven experience in monitoring cohort quality, rake production, and player retention metrics.

• Experience in renegotiating or terminating agreements based on performance analytics.

• Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen.

• Experience working within commercial guidelines and recognizing when to escalate issues.
