Affiliate Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Utilize TikTok Shop's Affiliate Center to discover and recruit appropriate creators for our brand clients.

• Engage in outreach, negotiate partnerships, and onboard creators into affiliate campaigns.

• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with creators through structured incentive and reward programs.

• Create a consistent pipeline of high-performing creators across various client accounts.

• Organize and oversee affiliate campaigns, including product gifting, commission structures, and content guidelines.

• Monitor daily activities and performance metrics such as CTR, GMV, sales, AOV, and affiliate contributions.

• Identify opportunities to enhance creator performance and campaign profitability.

• Ensure timely delivery of campaigns that align with client objectives.

• Collaborate closely with the Department Lead, content, paid media, and client teams to align creator activities with broader growth strategies.

• Communicate with creators to provide support, creative direction, and ensure brand compliance.

• Track and report on affiliate campaign performance using TikTok Shop dashboards and internal tools.

• Share actionable insights with internal stakeholders and clients.

• Continuously test, iterate, and enhance affiliate strategies to maximize results over time.

• Prior experience managing TikTok Shop affiliate campaigns.

• Strong understanding of the TikTok Shop Affiliate Center.

• Experience working with creators, influencers, or affiliate partners.

• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.

• Commercial mindset with an emphasis on performance and results.

• Proficient English communication skills.
