This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Evaluate success based on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to affiliate program growth.
• Frequently collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and leadership across departments to create and implement ongoing affiliate recruitment strategies.
• Identify and maintain a targeted list of potential affiliates through prospecting efforts.
• Develop personalized strategies aimed at achieving quarterly goals and targets for existing affiliates.
• Manage landing pages for both current and prospective affiliates, as well as predefined affiliate offers.
• Contribute to the overall marketing strategy of the company, ensuring alignment and integration of affiliate department activities.
• Seek out innovative affiliate opportunities to enhance HighLevel’s visibility and attractiveness to potential affiliates.
• Collaborate on the reactivation and growth of current affiliate partnerships.
• Participate in and maximize opportunities at in-person industry events and conferences to establish new partnerships and strengthen existing ones.
• Confidently handle large volumes of data, employing a data-driven mindset in planning departmental activities and evaluating their outcomes.
• Assess and provide comprehensive analysis regarding the success of affiliate program growth KPIs and metrics.
• Demonstrate and justify the outcomes of your efforts, while continuously refining your approach based on feedback and results from previous initiatives.
• Propel projects that involve intricate workflows and require cross-functional collaboration.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned or adjusted based on business requirements.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in SaaS is required.
• 0-2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Agency Sales, Account Management, or Business Development.
• Familiarity with topics including Social Media Management, Social Media Advertising, Website/Funnel Building, and SEO.
• Comfortable with public speaking and delivering presentations to diverse audiences.
• Proficient in professional writing and possess basic copywriting skills.
• Strong technical aptitude to assist users in utilizing the HighLevel software effectively.
• Experience with various CRM systems or the ability to quickly learn their functionalities.
• Preferred working knowledge of applications such as Google Suite, Zoom, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
• Significant experience using data and analytics tools to evaluate the impact of your work and develop new initiatives.
