Affiliate Manager, Argentinian market

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Recruit, onboard, and oversee affiliates focused on the Argentinian market.

• Develop and sustain robust, long-lasting relationships with affiliate partners to facilitate continuous growth.

• Negotiate and manage CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid partnership agreements in collaboration with relevant internal teams.

• Monitor affiliate performance metrics such as FTDs, NGR, retention, and traffic quality to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Enhance campaigns, promotions, and affiliate activities to maximize ROI and overall performance.

• Work closely with internal marketing and analytics teams, coordinating with Payments, Risk, CRM, and Compliance teams as needed.

• Ensure that affiliates comply with brand guidelines and the compliance standards set by the operating entity.

• Prepare performance reports, insights, and forecasts for management to assist in strategic decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior hands-on experience in affiliate roles within the iGaming/betting industry.

• Demonstrated success in working with affiliates specializing in the Argentinian market.

• An existing portfolio of active affiliates and established relationships within the industry.

• Strong knowledge of affiliate KPIs, performance metrics, and revenue models.

• Experience utilizing affiliate platforms such as NetRefer, Affilka, MyAffiliates, or similar tools.

• Exceptional communication skills with fluent English required; proficiency in Spanish would be considered a significant advantage.

• Capability to work independently and excel in a fast-paced, remote environment.
