This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Identify and recruit new Affiliates/IBs while nurturing existing relationships with current Affiliates/IBs.
• Oversee and evaluate affiliate programs and activities.
• Engage with clients to address inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Seek out Affiliate/Traffic networks and negotiate collaborations in line with our affiliate program's terms.
• Negotiate contracts with new affiliates or renew existing agreements with current partners.
• Develop proposals for new affiliate partnerships based on projected returns on investment (ROI).
• Monitor affiliate websites for fraudulent activity or violations of policies, such as spamming or disclosing confidential information.
• Analyze sales reports to identify successful campaigns and those requiring enhancement or discontinuation.
• Examine demographic data and statistics to uncover emerging markets and opportunities for new products or services.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce conversion promotional materials tailored for affiliates in specific geographic locations (landing pages, teasers, banners).
• Draft marketing briefs and collaborate with our creative team to generate campaign assets.
• Propose new campaign ideas and incentive offers for affiliates.
• Represent the company at international events, including exhibitions, meetups, seminars, and more.
• A degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Media Buying, or a related field is advantageous.
• A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in an Affiliate Manager position.
• Experience in the Forex or Fintech sector is considered a plus.
• Proficient in both English and Spanish is essential.
• Comprehensive understanding of affiliate and partner marketing channels.
• Capability to work autonomously and meet stringent deadlines.
• Excellent multitasking skills and keen attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal abilities, curiosity, and a positive demeanor.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), with knowledge of affiliate networks.
• Exceptional planning and project management capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed for conferences and/or team meetings in various locations.
