This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Identify and recruit new Affiliates/IBs while nurturing relationships with current Affiliates/IBs.
• Oversee and track affiliate programs and their activities.
• Engage with clients to address inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Explore Affiliate/Traffic networks and negotiate partnerships aligned with our affiliate program terms.
• Draft contracts for new affiliates and renew existing agreements with current partners.
• Develop proposals for prospective affiliate relationships based on projected returns on investment (ROI).
• Monitor affiliate websites for fraudulent behaviors or policy breaches, such as spamming or disclosing confidential information.
• Analyze sales reports to assess which campaigns are effective and which require enhancement or cessation.
• Examine demographic data and statistics to uncover emerging markets and opportunities for new products or services.
• Collaborate with the creative team to prepare promotional materials tailored for Affiliates in specific regions (landing pages, teasers, banners).
• Compose marketing briefs and partner with our creative team to generate campaign assets.
• Propose innovative campaign ideas and bonus incentives for affiliates.
• Represent the company at international events (exhibitions, meetups, seminars, etc.).
• A degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Media Buying, or a related field is advantageous.
• A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in an Affiliate Manager position.
• Experience in the Forex or Fintech industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential.
• In-depth knowledge of affiliate and partner marketing channels.
• Capability to work independently and adhere to strict deadlines.
• Strong multitasking abilities and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, curiosity, and a positive mindset.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) and familiar with affiliate networks.
• Exceptional planning and project management capabilities.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as necessary for conferences and/or team meetings in other locations.
