This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.
• Identify and recruit new Affiliates/IBs while nurturing relationships with existing Affiliates/IBs.
• Oversee and evaluate affiliate programs and their associated activities.
• Engage with clients to address inquiries and resolve account-related issues.
• Explore Affiliate/Traffic networks and negotiate partnerships to align with our affiliate program terms.
• Negotiate contracts with new affiliates or renew agreements with current partners.
• Develop proposals for new affiliate partnerships based on projected returns on investment (ROI).
• Monitor affiliate websites for fraudulent activities or breaches of policy, including spamming or disclosure of confidential information.
• Analyze sales reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and identify those that require enhancement or discontinuation.
• Evaluate demographic data and statistics to pinpoint emerging markets and potential opportunities for new products or services.
• Collaborate with the creative team to design conversion promotional materials for Affiliates targeted at specific GEOs (landing pages, teasers, banners).
• Draft marketing briefs and collaborate with our creative team to produce campaign assets.
• Propose new campaign ideas and bonus incentives for affiliates.
• Represent the company at international events such as exhibitions, meetups, and seminars.
• A degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Media Buying, or a related field is advantageous.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Affiliate Manager position.
• Familiarity with the LatAm market.
• Experience in the Forex or Fintech industry will be viewed positively.
• Proficient command of English.
• Comprehensive understanding of affiliate and partner marketing channels.
• Capable of working independently and meeting stringent deadlines.
• Skilled in multitasking with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills coupled with curiosity and a positive outlook.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel) and knowledgeable about affiliate networks.
• Exceptional planning and project management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel as necessary for conferences and team meetings in various locations.
