This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Implement strategic initiatives to meet sales objectives while keeping executives updated on progress towards these goals.
• Serve as the primary contact for both current and prospective clients within the designated territory.
• Recognize local business opportunities and challenges.
• Provide reports on regional sales performance (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually).
• Showcase our products and services to potential clients.
• Assess customer requirements and suggest suitable product solutions.
• Collaborate closely with sales personnel and other internal teams to achieve both individual and team sales targets.
• Address customer inquiries regarding features, pricing, and additional services.
• Promote cross-selling of products when appropriate.
• Work together with sales representatives from various territories to exchange best practices and support a unified sales strategy.
• Develop and sustain long-term, robust relationships with clients, partnering with them to gain a deeper understanding of their business goals and needs.
• Stay informed about industry-specific trends and market conditions.
• Remain current with economic indicators, emerging trends, supply and demand, and competitive landscape to sustain sales volume and product variety.
• Contribute positively to team efforts by achieving related outcomes.
• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in sales management or a related field is required.
• A bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline from an accredited college or university is preferred.
• Successful completion of a favorable background investigation is required.
• Maintain acceptable attendance and punctuality for scheduled work hours and meetings.
• Flexibility to work outside regular business hours during weekdays or weekends, with reasonable advance notice, to support business or operational needs when necessary.
